Quickly Develop Employee Training Materials

The Problem:

In the face of COVID-19, the LAHR team needed to develop communications tools to train all LA-based employees on the new mandatory safety practices, recommendations, and behaviors to follow when returning to P&G offices.

The Solution:

The team identified and hired a skilled Motion Graphics & Animation specialist on Upwork to help create videos and a PowerPoint presentation so they could train the P&G LA population, prior to the reopening of the sites.

The Impact:

This resulted in $20k in cost savings and freelancer Syed M. was able to produce the videos very quickly. Being able to present the matter in a friendly way was key in the TRO plan, while keeping employees and their loved ones safe

Swiftly Execute Two New Ventures

The Problem:

The NA B&R Base Business & Grooming DTC Ventures team needed to design an overall interface for two start-up companies. Not only did they need UX/UI designers, but needed a project management resource to support the project.

Hiring a team of freelancers on Upwork to fully execute this project, made up of 2 UX/UI designers, a scrum master, and a market analyst to build, manage and measure success of the project
