Connecting Highly Skilled PMO Talent to the Growth-VLS Team

The Problem:

Jon needed a highly skilled consultant to establish, plan, and design a Project Management Office (PMO) structure to support the ramp-up and ongoing operations of new business functions and build data and analytics teams.

Jon was looking to his typical consulting partners, McKinsey, BCG and Bain, who require full teams of consultants, even when it is not necessary and often limit the time period of engagement to only 12 weeks.
