Estée Lauder Tackles Crucial 3D Rendering Project with Help From 24 Freelancers

The Problem:

Estée Lauder was in need of 2D/3D designers to help with a major flagship project that required interior modeling and accurate renderings of their store interiors. Not only did the talent need to have advanced skills, but also experience in creating architectural renderings from an interior point of view - particularly luxury cosmetic spaces.

The Solution:

Knowing they needed outside help, Estée Lauder’s team partnered with Upwork to find the talent they needed. After rapidly sourcing 24 freelancers from 16 different countries, the team set out to handle a surge request with an aggressive timeline that included iterative revision cycles.

The Impact:

Thanks to the efficient recruitment process, Estée Lauder was able to rapidly onboard 24 freelancers - and deliver work within just days. As a result, the crew was able to tackle 7 crucial projects that covered 3D modeling/rendering and 2D design for in-store marketing graphics. Motivated by the success of this project, Estée Lauder is now onboarding more qualified talent for future phases.

Freelance Duo Masterfully Organizes Google Data Studio for ELC Online

The Problem:

ELC Online needed to quickly find external talent to consolidate reports and make adjustments to dashboards in Google Data Studio. With an urgent deadline and large data set, the company knew it would need the help of experts in this field.

The Solution:

To quickly find the right people for the task, ELC turned to Upwork to source and onboard two freelancers that could meet the aggressive deadline.

The Impact:

After the two freelancers were onboarded, the ambitious duo got to work completing approximately 60 hours of work in just 3 days. Thanks to their expertise in Google Data Studio, the two were able to clean up and manage over 120 dashboards - while also consolidating 130 reports into just 27.
