Due to recent turnover at Crownpeak, the Adaptive Insights implementation had broken and Crownpeak lacked the internal expertise to repair it.

Michael went above and beyond by teaching the team at Crownpeak how to maintain the tool. This would have been far out of budget, had the team used the previous high-paid consultants.
