Over the course of the year, the team had numerous tasks requiring high-volume and repetitive data entry work for their recruiting systems. The tasks were time-consuming, required basic systems knowledge, and hindered the team from handling high-value tasks.

The team secured one resource for the first task, and was then able to re-engage the same independent professional for each engagement, limiting ramp-up time. Each engagement contained a fixed scope and timeline, both of which were easily met by the professional.
