Content creation & writing

The Problem:

Automattic’s existing agency partner was overpricing for the services being delivered. When the hiring manager inquired about adding more services, it was going to be significantly outside of Automattic’s budget. Since there was no existing content manager within the Global Optimization Team, Automattic needed an agency partner who could handle all content production and management with a limited budget.

The Solution:

The Impact:

Happiness Engineering Team

The Problem:

Due to the impacts of COVID-19, the full time, English Speaking Happiness Engineers were experiencing extremely backlogged queues.

The Solution:

Since this was going to be a short term assignment until the agents could get caught up, it didn’t make sense to hire the additional 28 people needed full time.
