The Problem

We needed a fast start to solve for a workload surge on the design department for 2 weeks. We were faced with few days to find resources and set them up properly to begin work, and to be on standby with us for 2-3 weeks after that for any design requests.

The Solution

The Upwork team set up a contract and provided a pool of talent within 2 days, from which we were able to select one person that best suited our needs. The talent was comparable to local freelancers we’ve hired before at a fraction of the cost, highly responsive and easy to communicate with.
